香蒜烤雞腿
1.雞腿上抹勻各種香料(義大利綜合香料,鹽,黑胡椒,蒜粉or碎蒜,匈牙利紅椒粉),醃大概30~60分鐘,
2.然後把烤箱預熱370度,烤60~75分鐘(我是先用錫箔紙把雞腿包起來烤45分鐘,然後把錫箔紙打開再烤到表皮酥)
就是很好吃的雞腿咧!!
這是希臘香蒜雞腿的改良版!!!

Brownie (好吃不膩簡單做改良版)
Chocolate 100g,
unsalted butter 100g,
3 eggs, sugar 120-150g, flour 45g
walnuts
- reheat your oven 325F
- melt chocolate (100g) and butter (100g) in a container wrapped, in a microwave (1~3 min) mix every 30 seconds.
- Mix 3 eggs and sugar (120g~150g) very well about 10 min.
- Mix (2) and (3) then add flour (45g) and walnuts
- Spray your cake pan and pour the mixture and bake on a lower rack for 30~45 min.
